Shipping and Delivery:All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the purchaser. In-stock orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 3-5 business days. All backordered, pre-order,  or out of stock items will be individually reported to purchaser for exchange or cancellation with refund when applicable. Rush shipping available; please contact us at 1-615-321-8990 to arrange additional payment and delivery details.

Returns and Exchanges We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers have 10 days to return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of items designated as BARGAINS or CLEARANCE, and custom-made items (such as personalized merchandise), which may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original packaging, if applicable, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive an in-store credit. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
